STD. Remove and replace tablecloths when stained or heavily soiled when in use. Tablecloths are clean and in place by the scheduled start of each meal serving period. TB MED 530, Paragraph 4-801.11, 4-802.11, 4-803.11 AQL: Using ANSI Z1.4-2008: Acceptable Quality Level will be equal to 10% of the sample size for the surveillance period.
