Stautzenberger Sample Clauses

Stautzenberger. The authorized capital stock of Stautzenberger consists solely of (i) 1,000 shares of Class A common stock, $.01 par value per share, of which 394.80089 shares are issued and outstanding and 168.82315 shares are held in its treasury and (ii) 1,000 shares of Class B common stock, $.01 par value per share, of which 365 shares are issued and outstanding and 135 shares are held in its treasury. The Stautzenberger Purchased Shares constitute all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Stautzenberger.
