Common use of Statutory Savings Clause Clause in Contracts

Statutory Savings Clause. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny to any employee such rights as he may have under New Jersey School Laws or other applicable laws and regulations. Any alleged violation of said rights shall not be subject to the grievance procedure contained in this Agreement. The rights granted to employees hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided elsewhere.
