Statutory Pregnancy and Parental Leaves. 22.01 Statutory pregnancy and statutory parental leaves shall be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act (Appendix B1). Statutory parental leave includes leave for the purposes of adoption. Such leaves shall be without pay except as provided in clause 22.09.

  • Pregnancy and Parental Leave (a) Pregnancy/Parenting leave will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, except where amended in this provision.

  • Maternity and Parental Leave Employees are eligible for unpaid leave of absence from employment subject to the conditions in this article.
