STATUTORY INSURANCE LIMITS EXCEEDED. If a court finds that the monetary limits of insurance required hereunder or of any indemnity voluntarily assumed under the terms and conditions of this Agreement exceed the maximum limits permitted under applicable Law, it is agreed that said monetary limits of insurance or indemnity shall be automatically amended to conform to the maximum monetary limits permitted under such Law.
