STATUTORY INFORMATION. A Tenant has the right to quiet enjoyment and privacy, basic maintenance standards and proper notices for termination, etc. The Landlord has a right to receive the rent on due date, the right to have his premises protected from abuse and right to noise control, etc. These and other rights of the parties are contained in the Act.
