Statutory Holiday Pay. 24:01 All eligible employees shall be entitled to the benefits provided in this Article 24 in respect to the following Statutory Holidays: New Year's Day Canada Day Remembrance Day Good Friday British Columbia Day Christmas Day Easter Monday Labour Day Boxing Day Victoria Day Thanksgiving Day and any additional Statutory Holidays proclaimed or declared by the Government of Canada, the Province of British Columbia or the District of Saanich.
