Statute Law Clause Samples

The Statute Law clause establishes that the agreement is governed by, and must comply with, the relevant laws and statutes of a specified jurisdiction. This clause ensures legal certainty by clarifying which set of laws will apply in the event of a dispute, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential conflicts over applicable legal standards.
