STATISTICS FOR GRANTED TSP TRIPS. Table 8-1 shows the number and percentage of granted TSP trips based on the TSP log files. When a TSP-eligible trip is granted for priority treatment, TPRG sends a priority requests to the traffic controller. Then the traffic controller issues a proper TSP treatment to the bus. The percentage data in Table 8.1 shows the share of granted trips in all the scheduled trips of the test routes 114, 115, and 116. The number of granted TSP trips differed from day to day and from intersection to intersection. The average number of granted TSP trips per intersection per day was 16.96, or about 18.19 percent of all scheduled trips.   • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.8.1 NOW will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. NOW must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. At the time of the trouble report, NOW will be required to provide the results of the NOW test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided loop.

  • Usage Measurement Usage measurement for calls shall begin when answer supervision or equivalent Signaling System 7 (SS7) message is received from the terminating office and shall end at the time of call disconnect by the calling or called subscriber, whichever occurs first.

  • Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network.   • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Xxxx Communications has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Xxxx Communications.
