Statistical Information. Marketo may monitor Customer’s use of the Subscription Services and compile Customer Data with other data in an aggregate and anonymous manner to derive statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Subscription Services and may make such information publicly available, provided that such information does not include any data that would enable the identification of Customer or Customer Data, or the disclosure of Customer Confidential Information. Marketo retains all rights, title and interest in and to such statistical and performance information.
