STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING. a) When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, CONTRACTOR shall administer all statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, English Language Proficiency Assessment for California (ELPAC) the Alternative English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“Alternative ELPAC”),, as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. In the event the LEA requests that the NPS administer the assessments, NPS staff will be trained by a contracting LEA in the administration of all State-wide assessments in accordance with the guidelines of Ed Code 56385. Verification of training will be maintained with CONTRACTOR.
