Statements to Third Parties. Licensee must not make any statements to any third party (including Customers) that Xxxxxx Mae performed any kind of property review, appraisal or valuation of the Subject Property.

Neither Party shall make, publish, or otherwise communicate or cause to be made, published or otherwise communicated, any deleterious remarks whatsoever to any third parties concerning the other Party or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents, including, without limitation, the other Party's business projects, business capabilities, performance of duties and services or financial position.
Statements to Third Parties. 8.1 During the period of Executive’s employment and at all times thereafter, other than in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, make or cause to be made any statements, including but not limited to, comments in books or printed media, to any third parties criticizing or disparaging the Company Group or commenting on the character or business reputation of the Company Group and resulting in a material adverse impact upon the Company. Without the prior written consent of the Board, unless otherwise required by law, Executive shall not (i) publicly comment in a manner materially adverse to the Company Group concerning the status, plans or prospects of the business of the Company Group or (ii) publicly comment in a manner materially adverse to the Company Group concerning the status, plans or prospects of any existing, threatened or potential claims or litigation involving the Company Group; provided, nothing herein shall preclude honest and good faith reporting by Executive to appropriate Company or legal enforcement authorities.

Because the purpose of this Agreement is to settle amicably any and all potential disputes or claims among the parties, Tysoe shall not, directly or indirectly, make or cause to be made any statements to any third parties criticizing or disparaging the Company or comment on its character or business reputation. Tysoe further hereby agrees not: (a) to comment to others concerning the status, plans or prospects of the business of the Company, or (b) to engage in any act or omission that would be detrimental, financially or otherwise, to the Company, or that would subject the Company to public disrespect, scandal, or ridicule. For purposes of this Paragraph 8, the "Company" shall mean the Company, Federated, and its directors, officers, predecessors, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, and related or affiliated companies. The Company agrees that its directors and executive officers shall not, directly or indirectly, make or cause to be made any statements to any third parties criticizing or disparaging Tysoe or comment on his character or business reputation. The foregoing undertakings shall not apply to any statements or opinions that are made under oath in any investigation, civil or administrative proceeding or arbitration in which the individual has been compelled to testify by subpoena or other judicial process or which are privileged communications.

Furthermore, Executive agrees not to make any derogatory, unfavorable, negative or disparaging statements concerning the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, or agents, or its and their business affairs or performance. Executive further hereby agrees not: (a) to comment to others concerning the status, plans or prospects of the business of the Company, or (b) to engage in any act or omission that would be detrimental, financially or otherwise, to the Company, or that would subject the Company to public disrespect, scandal, or ridicule. For purposes of this paragraph 8, the “Senior Executives of the Company” shall mean the Company’s directors and officers.
Statements to Third Parties. MP shall not make, publish, or otherwise --------------------------- communicate, or cause to be made, published, or otherwise communicated, any deleterious remarks to any third parties concerning AOL or its Affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents.

During the term of the Agreement, Consultant shall not make, publish or otherwise communicate, or cause to be made, published or otherwise communicated, any deleterious remarks whatsoever to any third parties concerning AOL or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents, including without limitation, AOL’s business projects, business capabilities, performance of duties and services or financial position.
Statements to Third Parties. In the event that any third party inquires of the circumstances of your separation from employment, you (on the one hand) and the Company’s officers and directors (on the other hand) agree to provide a statement that is materially consistent with the press release issued by the Company on June 16, 2010 regarding its financing, restructuring and management changes.

Employee agrees not to criticize, denigrate, or disparage Company, its officers, directors, managers, supervisors, or employees, or otherwise engage in any conduct which directly or indirectly impugns or reflects negatively on the reputation or integrity of the Company, or any of such individuals, or tends to expose the Company, or any of such individuals, to hatred, ridicule, or contempt, and Employee represents that he has not done so. Notwithstanding the foregoing and for so long as Employee is a director of the Company he may, in communications with other directors, criticize the Company's personnel or activities as may be appropriate in fulfilling his responsibilities.
Statements to Third Parties. Aronex agrees that it will not make any statements to third parties which are intended to disparage, discredit or injure the reputation of Employee. Employee agrees that he will not make any statements to third parties which are intended to disparage, discredit or injure the reputation of Aronex or any Aronex Affiliate. 7.
