Statements and Xxxxxxxx. 2.1 The Operator shall, by invoice, charge each Participant with its Proportionate Share of Explorations Costs and Mine Costs in the manner provided in the Agreement.
Statements and Xxxxxxxx. The Manager shall prepare statements and xxxx the Participants as provided in Article 9 of the Agreement. Payment of any such xxxxxxxx by either Participant, including the Manager, shall not prejudice such Participant's right to protest or question the correctness thereof for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) months following the calendar year during which such xxxxxxxx were received by such Participant. All written exceptions to and claims upon the Manager for incorrect charges, xxxxxxxx or statements shall be made upon the Manager within such twenty-four (24) month period. The time period permitted for adjustments hereunder shall not apply to adjustments resulting from periodic inventories as provided in Paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2.
Statements and Xxxxxxxx. Operator shall record Company’s financial transactions resulting from the Agreement in Operator’s financial system and allow Company to access its records in that system.
Statements and Xxxxxxxx. The HollyFrontier Group shall record the Partnership Group’s financial transactions resulting from this Agreement in its financial system and allow the Partnership Group reasonable access to such records in that system.
Statements and Xxxxxxxx. The Operator shall xxxx Non-Operator on or before the last day of each month for its proportionate share of costs and expenditures during the preceding month. Such bills will be accompanied by statements, reflecting the total cost and charges as set forth under sub-paragraph A below:
Statements and Xxxxxxxx. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, Paltar shall submit monthly to Nation, on or before the 15th day of each month, statements of the costs and expenditures incurred during the prior month, indicating by appropriate classification the nature thereof and the corresponding budget category.
Statements and Xxxxxxxx. Each Party shall xxxx the other Party in accordance with Section 10.1(a) of this Agreement. If requested by a Party, the Party issuing the xxxx will promptly provide reasonably sufficient support for the Expenditures anticipated to be incurred for the following Month. Bills will be summarized by appropriate classifications indicative of the nature thereof and will be accompanied by such detail and supporting documentation as the paying Party may reasonably request.

Operator shall xxxx System Owners on or before the last day of each month for their proportionate share (as set forth in the Agreement) of the Joint Account for the preceding month. Such bills will be accompanied by statements which identify the gathering systems, and all charges and credits summarized by appropriate classifications of investment and expense, except that items of unusual charges and credits shall be separately identified and fully described in detail.
Statements and Xxxxxxxx. Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement with regard to the drilling of xxxxx thereunder, the Operator shall xxxx Non-Operators on or before the last day of the month for their proportionate share of the Joint Account for the preceding month. Such bills shall be accompanied by statements that identify the AFE (authority for expenditure), lease or facility, and all charges and credits summarized by appropriate categories of investment and expense. Controllable Material shall be separately identified and fully described in detail, or at the Operator’s option, Controllable Material may be summarized by major Material classifications. Intangible drilling costs, audit adjustments, and unusual charges and credits shall be separately and clearly identified. The Operator may make available to Non-Operators any statements and bills required under Section I.2 and/or Section I.3.A (Advances and Payments by the Parties) via email, electronic data interchange; internet websites or other equivalent electronic media in lieu of paper copies. The Operator shall provide the Non-Operators instructions and any necessary information to access and receive the statements and bills within the timeframes specified herein. A statement or billing shall be deemed as delivered twenty-four (24) hours (exclusive of weekends and holidays) after the Operator notifies the Non-Operator that the statement or billing is available on the website and/or sent via email or electronic data interchange transmission. Each Non-Operator individually shall elect to receive statements and xxxxxxxx electronically, if available from the Operator, or request paper copies. Such election may be changed upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Operator.
