Statement of Work Term. Each Statement of Work shall remain in effect until it has expired on its own terms or the Services and Deliverables authorized thereunder are complete. The parties agree that they are contractually obligated to enter into Statements of Work pursuant to the structure set forth in Schedule A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. As such, Schedule A sets forth the percentage of revenue of any and all entities and business lines acquired by Client that is payable to DevFactory throughout the term of the Agreement and likewise, DevFactory hereby agrees to provide the Deliverables as to all entities acquired by Client as per Schedule A.
Statement of Work Term. This Statement of Work shall become effective as of the Statement of Work Effective Date and shall expire in (3 months) after the execution of this contract unless mutually agreed upon by both parties. The term of this Consulting Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of (3) months unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Statement of Work Term. This Statement of Work shall become effective as of the Statement of Work Effective Date and shall expire in (6) six months with an additional (6) six month continuation unless canceled by either party in writing.

Advanta may, at its election, extend the term of any SOW (except any Pilot SOW, which may be extended upon the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2.3) for additional periods of up to one (1) year each, which shall be coterminous with the Renewal Term as set forth in Section 2.1 (each, a “SOW Renewal Term,” and all SOW Renewal Terms collectively with the SOW Initial Term, the “SOW Term”) on the same terms and conditions then in effect, except that the Fees fixed for the SOW Initial Term set forth in the applicable SOW: (a) shall be ****** and (b) the fees for the first SOW Renewal Term shall be ******, by notifying Supplier of Advanta’s desire to renew at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the SOW Initial Term or then-current SOW Renewal Term. If Advanta does not provide Supplier with such notice in accordance with this Section 2.2, the SOW shall automatically expire at the end of the SOW Initial Term or the then-current SOW Renewal Term, as applicable.
Statement of Work Term. The term of each Statement of Work will be as specified in the Statement of Work and where not stated, the Statement of Work shall terminate with the termination of the Services Agreement.
