Statement of Work Process Overview Sample Clauses

The Statement of Work Process Overview clause defines the procedures and steps required to create, review, and approve statements of work (SOWs) under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how parties will initiate a new SOW, the information that must be included, and the approval process before work begins. By establishing a clear and consistent process, this clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities and expectations for each project, reducing misunderstandings and streamlining project initiation.
