STATEMENT OF TERMS. A. As part of the development of the Real Estate, road impact fees are required to be paid to the City by the Applicant. In accordance with City Ordinance 17-43, the City assessed a road impact fee of $314,491.00 on May 4, 2018, attached hereto as Exhibit B (18-RIFA-04) (the “Assessed Road Impact Fee”), as part of the Applicant’s filed ILP for the Real Estate.

STATEMENT OF TERMS. A. As part of the development of the Real Estate, road impact fees are required to be paid to the City by the ApplicantProperty Owner. In accordance with City Ordinance 17-4312- 13, the City assessed a road impact fee of $314,491.00 153,193 on May 4August 30, 20182019, attached hereto as Exhibit B (1819-RIFA-04RIFA-05) (the “Assessed Road Impact Fee”), as part of the ApplicantProperty Owner’s filed ILP for the Real Estate.

STATEMENT OF TERMS. A. As part of the development of the Real Estate, road impact fees are required to be paid to the City by the ApplicantProperty Owner. In accordance with City Ordinance 1712-4313, the City assessed a road impact fee of $314,491.00 109,641 on May 4September 9, 20182017, attached hereto as Exhibit B (1817-RIFA-04RIFA-09) (the “Assessed Road Impact Fee”), as part of the ApplicantProperty Owner’s filed ILP for the Real Estate.

STATEMENT OF TERMS. A. As part of the development of the Real Estate, road impact fees are required to be paid to the City by the Applicant. In accordance with City Ordinance 1712-4313, the City assessed a road impact fee of $314,491.00 142,599 on May 417, 2018, attached hereto as Exhibit B (18-RIFA-04RIFA-05) (the “Assessed Road Impact Fee”), as part of the Applicant’s filed ILP for the Real Estate.

STATEMENT OF TERMS. A. As part of the development of the Real Estate, road impact fees are required to be paid to the City by the ApplicantProperty Owner.
