STATEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE. Upon the Tenant's accepting the leased premises and entering possession, pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof, effective as of the Commencement Date, the Tenant covenants and agrees that it accepts the leased premises and agrees to pay rent from the date of acceptance, subject to the terms and conditions of the lease as herein contained, and upon the request of Landlord, it will furnish to the Landlord a statement of acceptance in recordable form, if required by the Landlord.
