State Trading Enterprises. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of state trading enterprises shall be governed by Article XVII of the GATT 1994 and the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII of the GATT 1994, which are hereby incorporated into and made part of this Agreement.
State Trading Enterprises. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent a Party from maintaining or establishing a state trading enterprise in accordance with Article XVII of the GATT 1994.
State Trading Enterprises. With respect to the rights and obligations of the Parties concerning state trading enterprises, Article XVII of the GATT 1994 and the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII of the GATT 1994 shall apply and are hereby incorporated into and made part of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis.

The Parties affirm their existing rights and obligations under Article XVII of GATT 1994, including its Notes and Supplementary Provisions, and the WTO Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII of GATT 1994, which are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis.
State Trading Enterprises. 1. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent a Contracting Party from maintaining or establishing a state trading enterprise as understood in Article XVII of General Agreement on Tariff and Trade, 1994.
State Trading Enterprises. 1.* (a) Each contracting party undertakes that if it establishes or maintains a State enterprise, wherever located, or grants to any enterprise, formally or in effect, exclusive or special privileges,* such enterprise shall, in its purchases or sales involving either imports or exports, act in a manner consistent with the general principles of non-discriminatory treatment prescribed in this Agreement for governmental measures affecting imports or exports by private traders.
State Trading Enterprises. Each Signatory Party shall ensure that any State Trading Enterprise it maintains or establishes acts in a manner consistent with the provisions of Article XVII of GATT 1994.
State Trading Enterprises. The rights and obligations of the Parties with respect to state trading enterprises shall be governed by Article XVII of GATT 1994, its interpretative notes, and the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII of GATT 1994, which are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis. 2 This subparagraph shall not apply to a law or regulation that takes effect less than 20 days after it is published.
State Trading Enterprises. Each Party shall ensure that its state trading enterprises operate in consistence with Article XVII of GATT 1994 and its WTO obligations and commitments.
State Trading Enterprises. 1. For the purposes of this Agreement, "state trading enterprises" means public and non-public enterprises, wherever located, at central and sub-central level, including marketing boards, which are entrusted with exclusive or special rights or privileges, including through legislative or constitutional powers, through which they influence via their purchases or sales the level or direction of imports and exports8.
