If the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) or Health Care Authority (HCA) develops policies/guidelines affecting interpreters, the DSHS and HCA will provide the Union with either a hard or electronic copy of these policies/guidelines. DSHS and HCA will provide to the Union any updates to these policies during the term of the Agreement. This Article is not intended to apply to internal personnel guidelines.
