Lessee shall not change its state of incorporation unless Lessee has given Agent not less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice and Lessee has executed and filed such UCC financing statements as Agent may reasonably request during such thirty day period to protect the security interests of Lessor granted by the Operative Documents.
