State Law Requirements i. Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code Section 12900 et seq.) and the applicable regulations promulgated thereunder (California Administrative Code, Title 2, Section 7285.0 et seq.).
State Law Requirements. The Borrower hereby represents, covenants and agrees to comply with the provisions of all applicable state laws relating to the Borrower Loan, the Funding Loan and the Project.

State Law Requirements. The provisions set forth in Appendix V relate to requirements imposed upon and/or applicable to the District and the Operator by State law and policies. These provisions are hereby deemed incorporated in this Agreement at this place. To the extent of any conflict between any other provision of this Agreement and Appendix V, Appendix V shall control. The Operator shall comply with such terms and conditions during the Term.

Title 2, Division 3, Article 9.5 of the Government Code, commencing with Section 11135. Title 9, Division 4, Chapter 8 of the CCR, commencing with Section13000. No state, federal, or County Realignment funds shall be used by the Contractor or its subcontractors for sectarian worship, instruction, or proselytization. No state funds shall be used by the Contractor or its subcontractors to provide direct, immediate, or substantial support to any religious activity. Noncompliance with the requirements of nondiscrimination in services shall constitute grounds for DHCS to withhold payments under this Contract or terminate all, or any type, of funding provided hereunder.
State Law Requirements. All contracts entered into by Owner are required under New York State law to contain certain terms and conditions, as set forth in Appendix E hereto and the provisions of such Appendix E are hereby deemed incorporated in this Agreement at this place. To the extent of any conflict between any other provision of this Agreement and Appendix E, Appendix E shall control. The Operator shall comply with such terms and conditions during the Term of this Agreement.
State Law Requirements. The State Law Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following statutes and regulations: The Louisiana Environmental Quality Act (LEQA), La. R.S. 30:2001, et. seq., including LEQA, Chapter 4, titled the Louisiana Water Control Law, La. R.S. 30:2071, et. seq. The Louisiana Administrative Code (LAC) Title 33, Part IX, titled Water Quality, LAC 33:IX,101 et seq. The Louisiana Administrative Code Title 51, Part XIII, titled Sewerage Disposal, LAC 51:XIII.101, et seq. La. R.S. 48:385 Louisiana Public Bid Law (La. R.S. 38:2212, et seq.) to the extent applicable APPENDIX VI
State Law Requirements. To the extent that state law is more stringent than the HIPAA Regulations, any use or disclosure of PHI by PPG shall be made in accordance with state law.
State Law Requirements. In the event the Subcontractor has an independent notification obligation related to impermissible use or disclosure of PHI in connection with this Agreement or the Services Agreement, the Subcontractor shall promptly notify Business Associate of such obligation and, at least two (2) business days before giving any such notice, the Subcontractor shall notify Business Associate of its intent to provide the required notifications, including any related information required by applicable state law.

To the extent of any conflict between any other provision of this Agreement and Appendix C, Appendix C shall control. The Energy Manager shall comply with such terms and conditions during the Term of this Agreement.
