STATE ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN. The Architect/Engineer shall recognize mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency that are contained in the State energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163), which is incorporated herein by reference.

STATE ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN. CONTRACTOR agrees to recognize and comply with the mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency in the State Energy Conservation Plan Title 23 and 24, the California Code of Regulations, as required by the U.S. Energy, Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-165).
