Common use of State Contribution Clause in Contracts

State Contribution. The State agrees that it will contribute to the cost of the work to be carried out under clause 10.1 in an amount being the lesser of: (a) $2,000,000; and (b) one third of the expenditure incurred by the Commonwealth in carrying out that work (as certified in the event of a dispute by the Australian National Audit Office).
