State Boundaries. The Parties acknowledge Network has a defined geography for purposes of Network’s responsibilities under the CCNC Program. This defined geography is not subject to change by the Parties for purposes of performing any obligations unless otherwise directed by the State. This includes the geographic boundaries for N3CN that were assigned to N3CN by the State when the CCNC Program network Access Care ceased to function as a CCNC Program network.
