The Foundation represents that it has been authorised by the Intermediary Authority, i.e. the National Centre for Research and Development [NCBR], to sign, on behalf of the Intermediary Authority, grant agreements envisaging the granting of state aid to entrepreneurs. The Intermediary Authority, represented by the Foundation, remains the entity granting state aid.
