Common use of State Aid Clause in Contracts

State Aid. 1. The Foundation represents that it has been authorised by the Intermediary Authority, i.e. the National Centre for Research and Development [NCBR], to sign, on behalf of the Intermediary Authority, grant agreements envisaging the granting of state aid to entrepreneurs. The Intermediary Authority, represented by the Foundation, remains the entity granting state aid.
