STARTING DAY. For the purposes set forth in the following Section 111.13, vacation shall be scheduled in increments of one week or more to commence on Monday, except for an employee whose basic workweek starts on a day of the week other than Monday, where the vacation shall commence with the starting day of the employee's basic workweek. However, by prior arrangement with the employee's supervisor, an employee shall be allowed vacation in increments of one day or more on any day of the week, except where prohibited by operational needs or where necessary relief cannot be provided, or where the payment of overtime to another employee would be required.

  • Starting Date Unless a specific (fixed) starting date is duly justified and agreed upon during the preparation of the Grant Agreement, the project will start on the first day of the month following the entry info force of the Grant Agreement (NB : entry into force = signature by the Commission). Please note that if a fixed starting date is used, you will be required to provide a detailed justification on a separate note.

  • Boxing Day (b) If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties.   • Payment Day If the date for payment of any amount in respect of any Note or Coupon is not a Payment Day, the holder thereof shall not be entitled to payment until the next following Payment Day in the relevant place and shall not be entitled to further interest or other payment in respect of such delay. For these purposes, Payment Day means any day which (subject to Condition 10) is:

  • Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.
