Common use of Start Clause in Contracts

Start. 2.1 The Operating Agreements will commence on the date the Client receives notification of the Company in accordance with Clause 3.1 and will continue unless or until terminated by either party in accordance with clause 19. 2.2 This Agreement is an initial service agreement that relates to a series of operations successive or separate that include, among others, Transactions in Instruments. 2.3 The Company should not be required to accept the Client as a Client (and may not be able to do so in accordance with applicable Regulations) until the Company has received all the documentation required, complete and duly completed by the Client. 2.4 The Client may cancel / terminate the Agreement by mutual agreement.
