Common use of Start and End Dates Clause in Contracts

Start and End Dates. Except as the Client may otherwise agree, the Consultant shall commence the Services on <<start date>> (such date being called the “Start Date”). The Services will be completed on or before <<end date>> (such date being called the “End Date”).
