Common use of Standards for Services Clause in Contracts

Standards for Services. Services provided by the MEP Engineer shall meet the standards established by the School District. These standards shall include the MEP Engineer’s submittals of phase submissions to the School District for its review. The MEP Engineer shall include a mandatory electronic filing with the School District of the Phase Submission Checklist with each phase submission. The website address for obtaining a hard copy of the Phase Submission Checklist has either been included in the RFP or can be obtained from the assigned School District representative for the Project. All relevant elements of the Phase Submission Checklist must be completed by the MEP Engineer. Models and renderings shall not be required for this Work of the MEP Engineer as a Basic Service and are Additional Services.
