Standards for Discipline Permanent Operators. 201. SFMTA’s Executive Director/CEO or designee may discipline any non- probationary permanent Operator for just cause. In imposing discipline, SFMTA shall act in a fair and equitable manner. Discipline imposed shall be related to the offense committed with due regard for the Operator’s employment record.
