STANDARDS AND QUALITY. The Supplier will comply with any standards in this Call-Off Contract, the Order Form and the Framework Agreement. The Supplier will deliver the Services in a way that enables the Buyer to comply with its obligations under the Technology Code of Practice, which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/publications/technology-code-of-practice/technology-code-of-practice If requested by the Buyer, the Supplier must, at its own cost, ensure that the G-Cloud Services comply with the requirements in the PSN Code of Practice. If any PSN Services are Subcontracted by the Supplier, the Supplier must ensure that the services have the relevant PSN compliance certification. The Supplier must immediately disconnect its G-Cloud Services from the PSN if the PSN Authority considers there is a risk to the PSN’s security and the Supplier agrees that the Buyer and the PSN Authority will not be liable for any actions, damages, costs, and any other Supplier liabilities which may arise.
