Common use of STANDARD TERMS; CONFLICTS Clause in Contracts

STANDARD TERMS; CONFLICTS. The Standard Terms that follow the signatures below are by this reference incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, all of each party's obligations hereunder, including without limitation, each party’s obligation to render services, grant any licenses, or to pay fees, are subject to the Standard Terms. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of the Standard Terms and the Special Terms, the latter shall control.
