Common use of Standard Provisions Clause in Contracts

Standard Provisions. The Original Indenture together with this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture and all previous indentures supplemental thereto entered into pursuant to the applicable terms thereof are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Indenture." All capitalized terms which are used herein and not otherwise defined herein are defined in the Indenture and are used herein with the same meanings as in the Indenture.
