Standard Limited Warranty. CVDI warrants that the CVDI Cards, the Alliance Cards, the Dade Alliance Cards, the Specialty Cards, and the Specialty Products and Controls shall, at the time of shipment, (a) comply with the requirements of the Act, if applicable, and shall until their expiration date conform to the labeling and package inserts approved by CVDI; (b) will not be products that are adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Act; (c) shall have been manufactured, packaged, stored and shipped in conformity with applicable GMP requirements; and (d) will not be products that may not be introduced into interstate commerce pursuant to applicable federal or state law. CVDI warrants that all Instruments and Products (other than Cards and Controls), shall, until the earlier of twenty-four (24) months from shipment by CVDI or twelve (12) months after the date of installation with the customer: (a) comply with the requirements of the Act, if applicable, and shall conform to the labeling and package inserts approved by CVDI; (b) will not be products that are adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Act; (c) shall have been manufactured, packaged, stored and shipped in conformity with applicable GMP requirements; and (d) will not be products that may not be introduced into interstate commerce pursuant to applicable federal or state law. This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of a Product in the application for which such Product was intended and does not cover Products that were modified without CVDI's written approval, that have expired, or that were improperly stored or handled. As of the date of the execution of this Agreement, CVDI has no knowledge that any of the Products, or the sale or use of any of the Products for their intended purposes infringe any intellectual property of any third party.
Standard Limited Warranty. The Products purchased hereunder are subject to the following Altair standard limited warranty for the Products (the "Warranty").

Unauthorized distribution of this information is strictly prohibited. VANGUARD MODULAR BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC AGREEMENT NUMBER: BUILDING NUMBER: Vanguard Modular Building Systems, LLC (“VMBS”) grants this restricted Standard Limited Warranty to . The warranty granted herein is limited to the Building(s) and services provided by VMBS, under the above referenced Agreement.
Standard Limited Warranty. Proterra Charging System Proterra Inc. (“Proterra”) warrants to the original purchaser/lessee that its Proterra Charging System will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and when properly serviced. Proterra agrees to repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost to the purchaser/lessee subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Such repair or replacement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty contained herein. This is a limited warranty subject to the terms and conditions stated below. Proterra’s Standard Limited Charging Systems Warranty covers the parts, assemblies, and components in the charge system listed below. This warranty covers 100% of the parts, labor reimbursement (if applicable in accordance with the terms of this warranty and the sales agreement) and any associated freight costs during the warranty time period identified below.

Arius warrants that the Product shall, at the time of shipment, (a) comply with the requirements of the Act, if applicable, and shall until their expiration date conform to the labeling and package inserts; (b) will not be products that are adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Act; (c) shall have been manufactured, packaged, stored and shipped in conformity with applicable GMP requirements; and (d) will not be products that may not be introduced into interstate commerce pursuant to applicable federal or state law. This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the Product in the application(s) for which the Product was intended and does not cover any Product that was modified without Arius’ written approval, that have expired, or that were improperly stored or handled.
Standard Limited Warranty. Integrator shall pass on to End-Users Adzone's standard limited warranty for the Licensed Products, including the limitations set forth in Exhibit B.
Standard Limited Warranty. ArthroCare warrants to Collagen that, subject to the exclusions set forth in Section 10.2 below, at the time of shipment, the Licensed Products (i) shall be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty period as set forth in Exhibit C hereto; and (ii) shall have been manufactured in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices ("CGMP"). Collagen's exclusive remedy and ArthroCare's sole liability for breach of the foregoing warranty shall be the remedy set forth in Section 10.3. All defective Licensed Products shall be returned to ArthroCare in accordance with Section 10.3. Collagen shall not pass on to its Customers a warranty or limitation of liability which is more protective of such Customers than the warranty (including the limited remedy and exclusions) set forth in this Article 10 and the limitation of liability set forth in Article 19.
Standard Limited Warranty. ArthroCare warrants to Collagen that, subject to the exclusions set forth in Section 10.2 below, at the time of shipment, the Licensed Products * Collagen's exclusive remedy and ArthroCare's sole liability for breach of the foregoing warranty shall be the remedy set forth in Section 10.3. All defective Licensed Products shall be returned to ArthroCare in accordance with Section 10.3. Collagen shall not pass on to its Customers a warranty or limitation of liability which is more protective of such Customers than the warranty (including the limited remedy and exclusions) set forth in this Article 10 and the limitation of liability set forth in Article 19.
Standard Limited Warranty. When the products purchased hereunder are resold to the end-user (customer) pursuant to the terms hereof in their original, unmodified, unused condition, VAR shall pass on to its customers Tut Systems standard limited warranty for the Products, as summarized in documentation supplied with the Product and including provisions and limitations set forth below.
Standard Limited Warranty. Fukuda shall pass on to its customers Volcano Standard Limited Warranty for the Volcano Products. This warranty shall cover the Volcano Products for a period of fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment to Fukuda. This warranty is contingent upon proper use of a Volcano Product in the application for which it was intended and does not cover Volcano Products that were modified without Volcano’s approval or that were subjected by the customer to unusual physical stress. If a Volcano Product fails to meet the warranty provided herein, Volcano’s sole liability and Fukuda and/or the end-user’s sole remedy shall be either the replacement by Volcano of the defective unit with another unit of the same product (or a unit of a substantially equivalent product thereto if the original model is no longer manufactured) or the refund by Volcano of the purchase price paid for such defective product.
