Standard License. The Product will be available through the Downloads Section. If the Product contains custom components or libraries, it will be available through an Account. Standard License. The Standard License includes use of the Music in the following types of projects: iPhone/iPad/Android/Facebook apps, web videos (YouTube - including commercial rights, Vimeo, etc.), websites, podcasts, softwares, video games, slideshows, Powerpoint, Flash, animations, music on hold, wedding videos, corporate videos, and film festivals. It also includes broadcast of the music on Television and Radio (cue sheet required) and as long as it is not part of a Advertisement run on TV or Radio, in which case, the Television / Radio Advertising license would be required. The standard license also includes the reproduction of up to 1,000 copies of your project in physical, tangible products like CD’s, DVD’s, VHS tapes, Blu-ray, toys, and console games. The only exception to the above is that if your app/software/podcast/video or other downloadable digital product is available for sale (i.e. not free) or makes use of “in-app” purchasing, then a Mass Reproduction License is required, but only in the event that you distribute, or intend to distribute, more than 1,000 digital copies. Mass Reproduction License The Mass Reproduction license grants you all of the same rights as the Standard License, but also includes the right to distribute up to either a) 10,000 copies OR b) UNLIMITED copies of your for-sale (i.e. not free) project, depending on the option chosen at the time of checkout. Digital products made available for free do not require a Mass Reproduction License. Free apps and games that allow in-app/in-game purchasing are considered paid (i.e. not free) for purposes of this license agreement and do require a Mass Reproduction License.
Standard License. If Customer has obtained a Production Software license to the standard version of the On-premise Software, Customer may run a single VM instance for each valid license of Production Software that Customer has obtained, as long as the number of vCore/vCPU assigned to such VM is less than or equal to two (2) and Customer has obtained a valid license. Each Production Software License can run on a maximum of one VM instance, provided that the number of vCore/vCPU assigned to such VM is less than or equal to two. If Customer has a 5 vCore/vCPU in a single VM instance, Customer would need three (3) Production Software licenses. Virtual Machine License based on processing power.
Standard License. If Customer has obtained the Production Software licenses to the standard version of the On-premise Software, Customer may operate the On-premise Software on a single VM instance as long as the processing power of such VM instances measured in Gigahertz is equal to 5 Gigahertz or less. Each Production Software License can run on a maximum of single VM instance, provided that instance is less than or equal to 5 GHZ in processing power. If Customer has a VM instance of 7 Gigahertz, Customer cannot use a single Production Software license. Customer could create two (2) VM instances of 4 Gigahertz and 3 Gigahertz which would require two (2) Production Software licenses, one for each VM instance. Development License. This section applies only if Customer has obtained one or more separate Production Software licenses. Customer may install and use the On-premise Software as Development Software on one Server for each license of Production Software purchased by Customer. Customer’s use of the Development Software is limited to use in Customer’s technical environment strictly for testing, development, and staging purposes, to be used and accessed by Users over the Customer’s intranet. Customer may not (a) use the Development Software for any application deployment in a live or standby production environment; or (b) use the Development Software to deploy applications that are accessed by end users. Customer may install and use the Developer Edition Software on one Computer Customer’s use of the Developer Edition Software is limited to use in Customer’s technical environment strictly for testing and development purposes and not for staging or live or standby production purposes. Customer may not use or access the Developer Edition Software (a) for any application deployment in a live or standby production environment; (b) e from more than two IP addresses at any given time; or (c) to deploy applications that are accessed by end users. The Developer Edition Software is provided on an “AS-IS” basis without any warranties or obligations to Customer. Prohibited Use. Customer is prohibited from: (a) renting, leasing, lending, or granting other rights in the On-premise Software including rights on a membership or subscription basis; (b) providing use of the On-premise Software in a computer service business, third party outsourcing facility or service, service bureau arrangement, time sharing basis, or as part of a hosted service; or (c) using any component, library, or ot...
Standard License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DACSLABS hereby grants to Licensee a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license (the “Standard License”) within the Territory and during the Term to: (i) use the Licensed Technology for the sole purpose of distributing the Authorized Products on the Authorized Platform(s), including the right to grant required sub-licenses to third-parties which are involved in the development or distribution process of the Authorized Products, such as external Quality Assurance service providers; (ii) distribute the Licensed Technology (in object code only) as an embedded component of the Authorized Products; (iii) duplicate the Licensed Technology in object code form only pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; (iv) to sub-license the Licensed Technology as an embedded component of an Authorized Product only to end user customers and only as it is delivered to end user by the same distribution platform as the Authorized Product and installed on the end users’ PC as Kernel Drivers for Windows; and (v) to develop Enhancements for use with the Licensed Technology.
Standard License. (1) Standard License grants the right to use the Product and to download the Updates to the Product (as set forth in Updates section of the Agreement) during a period of one year from the Activation date, unless otherwise stipulated in purchase documents for your Product. Upon expiration of the specified term or the term of your Maintenance subscription you may continue using the Product under the Limited License, or you may purchase a Subscription License for a new term and continue using the Product under the Subscription License, unless otherwise specified in the purchase documents.

Standard License. If this Software has been provided to License for use in the productive course of business, Summit hereby grants, and Licensee accepts, a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual or time-based, non-exclusive, limited license to Use the Licensed Product in machine-readable form only, and only on the Designated Equipment at the Designated Location, and only for Licensee’s internal, normal business purposes; provided, however, that if this Licensed Product was licensed under Summit’s University Program, the Licensed Product shall be used only to train Licensee’s students and shall not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the creation of any commercial product. The Licensed Product shall not be used under any circumstance whatsoever directly or indirectly in a computer service business or in a rental or commercial timesharing arrangement.
