Standard Hourly-Rate. Definition The ENGINEER's standard hourly and overtime rates shall be provided to the City of Mexico Beach if required for future purchase or task orders. The ENGINEER’s hourly rates will be negotiated for each individual task order, and will be applicable through the duration of the task or purchase order.

Standard Hourly-Rate. A. The Mediator’s fee for serving as a Mediator is $150 per hour. It is understood that regardless of the recommendations made, both Clients are responsible for the payment of fees associated with such services at the allocated percentage designated below.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • Pay Rates Unit members must have been on an active status for a minimum of six

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority. If there is a change in their workweek, employees will be given written notification by the appointing authority or their designee.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.
