Common use of Standard for Service Clause in Contracts

Standard for Service. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement (including in Schedules A and B), Management Services agrees that the Provider will perform the Services such that the nature, quality, standard of care and the service levels at which such Services are performed are no less than the nature, quality, standard of care and service levels at which the substantially same services were provided to the members of the Entertainment Group by or on behalf of the Provider on the last day prior to the Distribution Date in the ordinary course (the “Standard for Services”).

Standard for Service. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement (including in Schedules Schedule A and BSchedule C), Management Services agrees that the Provider will perform the Services such that the nature, quality, standard of care and the service levels at which such Services are performed are no less than the nature, quality, standard of care and service levels at which the substantially same services were provided to the members of the Entertainment Outdoor Group by or on behalf of the Provider on the last day prior to the Distribution Closing Date in the ordinary course (the “Standard for Services”).

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement (including in Schedules A and BSchedule A-1 or A-2), Management Services agrees that the each Provider will perform the Services such that the nature, quality, standard of care and the service levels at which such Services are performed are no less than the nature, quality, standard of care and service levels at which the substantially same services were provided to the members of the Entertainment Recipient Group by or on behalf of the Provider on the last day prior to the Distribution Closing Date in the ordinary course (the “Standard for Services”).

Standard for Service. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement (including in Schedules A A, A-1 and BB hereto), Management Services agrees that the Provider will agrees to perform the Services such that the nature, quality, standard of care and the service levels at which such Services are performed are no less than the nature, quality, standard of care and service levels at which the substantially same services were provided to the members of the Entertainment Group performed by or on behalf of the Provider on during the last day most recent service period prior to the Distribution Date date hereof in which such services were performed by or on behalf of the Provider in the ordinary course (the “Standard for Services”).
