Common use of Stand Alone Clause in Contracts

Stand Alone. For purposes of clarity, the obligations of Developer under this Agreement stand-alone (and are not collective, joint, or several), and no such obligations are cross- defaulted. Developer shall be solely responsible hereunder for all obligations with respect to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bonds, the Project Obligations specifically related to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project, and procuring permits, approvals and other obligations hereunder related to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project, and the Commission shall have no obligations or responsibilities with respect thereto.
