Stamp Duties. The Borrower shall pay or indemnify the Agent or the Hermes Agent (as the case may be) on demand against any and all stamp, registration and similar Taxes which may be payable in any jurisdiction in connection with the entry into, performance and enforcement of this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents.
