Common use of Stamp Duties Clause in Contracts

Stamp Duties. The Company shall pay and forthwith on demand indemnify each Finance Party against any liability it incurs in respect of any stamp, registration and similar tax which is or becomes payable in connection with the entry into, performance or enforcement of any Finance Document.
