STAGE MANAGEMENT STAFF. (a) Stage Management Staff - Weekly Compensation
(1) Production Stage Managers and Stage Managers shall be engaged on a minimum “weekly” basis only and shall be compensated no less than the following weekly amount in each year of this Agreement: 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 3% 2.25% 2%* Production Stage Managers $2,280.61 $2,331.92 $2,378.56* Stage Managers $1,893.37 $1.935.97 $1,974.69*
(A) Production Stage Manager(s) shall be employed on fifty-two (52)-week basis and shall earn the same paid vacation leave and two (2) Personal Days (in lieu of the seven (7) Personal Days set forth in Section 48.(c) as the EMPLOYER’s non-union, regular full-time employees.
(B) Stage Manager(s) shall be employed for forty-four (44) weeks and shall receive Vacation Pay in accord with Section 18.(j) and seven (7) Personal Days in accord with Section 48.(c).
(C) In case of illness, unavailability, or EMPLOYER’s performance requirements, EMPLOYER shall be able to hire an Assistant Stage Manager on a pro-rata basis at the EMPLOYER’s discretion, at the following rate: 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 3% 2.25% 2%* Assistant Stage Managers weekly $1,564.91 $1,600.12 $1,632.12* pro-rata $260.83 $266.70 $272.03*
(D) In lieu of the Nutcracker Pro Rata specified in paragraph 17.(q), Production Stage Managers and Stage Managers shall receive one (1) week paid compensatory time off following the Nutcracker performance period, in addition to any Free Days or holidays missed during the Nutcracker performance period. Such days shall be paid at one-sixth (1/6) the weekly compensation. If an Assistant Stage Manager has been engaged for all Nutcracker performances, the above provision shall apply to the Assistant Stage Manager.
(2) If the Production Stage Manager or Stage Manager is required to appear outside the city of origination, the EMPLOYER will provide the ARTIST with a hotel room plus meal money/per diem allowance in accordance with the provisions contained in Sections 18.(a)(4) and 18.(a)(5).
(3) When required to be present for rehearsals, performances or technical calls when such a service extends after midnight to the following day, the Stage Management Staff shall be considered on duty for the following day and be entitled to full salary and meal money/per diem for that day on tour.
