Common use of Staffing Standards Clause in Contracts

Staffing Standards. All staff employed by the Head Start Grantee, regardless of the source of funding, or assigned site, will report to the Head Start Grantee’s assigned supervisors, and will be responsible for compliance with the Head Start Grantee’s Policies and Procedures, and operational processes and guidelines.
