Staffing Ratios. Licensee shall meet the following minimum ratios of Adults to Minors at all times during the Event:
Staffing Ratios. 1 The District and Association agree that Local Control Accountability Plan approvals will offer 2 enhanced staffing to the supplemental and concentration subgroups. 4 Staffing shall be based on the number of students at the end of the third week of the school year.

The Hospital shall meet or exceed state-required patient staffing ratios in every applicable unit or area of practice at all times, including during meal periods and rest breaks, as provided by applicable law. As provided by law, additional staff in excess of these prescribed ratios shall be assigned in accordance with the patient classification system for determining nursing care requirements, considering factors that include the severity of the illness, the need for specialized equipment and technology, the complexity of clinical judgment needed to design, implement and evaluate the patient care plan, the ability for self-care, and the licensure of the personnel required for care. If, considering the factors identified in the preceding sentence, staffing is assigned in excess of the state- prescribed ratios, such assigned staffing shall be maintained during meal periods and rest breaks.

If a Minor's parent or guardian supervises the Minor at all times during the Event, the required minimum staffing ratios do not apply to that Minor. The parent or guardian shall not supervise other children without qualifying as an Adult volunteer for the Event, requiring the above background and reference checks, youth protection training and staffing ratios.

Staffing Ratios. 16.5 Each year the District and Federation shall schedule no fewer than four (4) meetings on formula review and analysis: In August; within two (2) weeks of CBEDS; within three (3) weeks of P-2; and in June. The meetings shall receive up-to-date information on unit share and calculate the then current unit share for the budget year.

In those states in which technicians or other non-licensed personnel may, consistent with state law and applicable medical standards, perform cell collections under the supervision of a registered nurse, Gambro shall maintain staffing ratios of one supervising licensed registered nurse to no more than two technicians performing cell collections at any given time. This ratio shall be maintained or exceeded for 95% of the cell collections performed at the relevant Sites during a calendar year. The assessment for failure to achieve this standard shall be [...***...] of the fees paid for cell collections at the affected Site for the calendar year. Each Site employing technicians to perform cell collections shall, by written certification signed by its Medical Director, identify the cell collections for which this standard was not met within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter. Email Service/Communications With respect to scheduling cell collections, billing and payment and such other administrative and operational matters as the parties shall agree upon from time to time, if email is the primary means of communication, the elapsed time between the time an email from Dendreon is received by Gambro during normal business hours and the time a substantive response is sent shall average no more than two (2) business hours over a calendar year. If telephone and pager systems are the primary means of communication, then the parties shall in good faith negotiate a commercially reasonable standard response time. The noncompliance assessment for failure to adhere to this standard shall be [...***...] of the total fees payable to Gambro for the calendar year.
Staffing Ratios. Effective July 1, 2020 Residents will select one PGY2 and one PGY3 to participate in practice management meetings to develop recommendations for staffing models that ensure appropriate support for Residents during clinic sessions with recommendations to be presented to the CEO and CMO by July 1, 2020.
