Common use of Staffing Plan Clause in Contracts

Staffing Plan. To ensure compliance with this section, the Consultant shall submit a staffing plan, when retained on a legal matter, to document the composition of the proposed workforce to be utilized in the performance of the Contract by the specified categories listed, including ethnic background, gender, and Federal occupational categories. Consultant shall complete the Staffing plan form and submit it as part of their bid or proposal or within a reasonable time, but no later than the time of award of the contract.

Staffing Plan. To ensure compliance with this sectionSection, the Consultant shall submit a staffing plan, when retained on a legal matter, plan to document the composition of the proposed workforce to be utilized in the performance of the Contract Agreement, or where required, information on the Consultant’s total work force, including apprentices, broken down by the specified categories listed, including ethnic background, gender, and Federal occupational categories. Prior to the execution of the Agreement and within ten (10) calendar days after a receipt of a request thereof, Consultant shall complete submit the Staffing staffing plan to the Fund. The form and submit it as part of their bid or proposal or within a reasonable time, but no later than the time of award of the contractstaffing plan shall be supplied by the Fund.
