Common use of Staff Training Clause in Contracts

Staff Training. The Service Provider is fully responsible for deploying adequate staffing resources to meet the demands of the service including, but not limited to, management of staff to cover holidays and sickness. The Service Provider agrees that no member of staff at insert school name will be proposed/expected to provide cover/support and this is the sole responsibility of the service provider to implement.
