Staff Structure. 7.1 The Organisation shall: 60.7.1.1 prior to the Commencement Date establish such staffing structure as may be appropriate to ensure the due and proper performance of the Services; and 60.7.1.2 provide details of the said staffing structure to the Council’s Representative.

Staff Structure. Management reserves the right to review staff numbers, structure and trade mix from time to time. Management will discuss with the Consultative Committee any proposed changes to the establishment before implementation. Such a review will provide the flexibility to restructure the work force in the light of changing circumstances eg. Increasing work demand, adoption of improved technology, staff re-scheduling to enable multi skilling etc.
