Staff Second Assistant Director i. For the period from December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $84,708. Effective December 1, 2018, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $86,402. Effective December1, 2019, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $88,130.
ii. A Staff 2nd AD is one who performs as a 2nd AD who may also perform other non-Guild covered services for a Producer under a guarantee of no less than twenty six (26) weeks.
