Staff Oversight. Vendor shall oversee and manage staff to ensure compliance with the following: 1. Monitor and ensure Vendor’s Appraisers are properly licensed and maintain compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. 2. Input Florida Adjusting License information along with other designated credentialing requirements into the appropriate Citizens System. 3. Ensure that Appraisers who do not meet the applicable requirements are prohibited from providing Appraisal Services on behalf of Citizens. 4. Provide qualified and credentialed Appraisers for claims throughout the State of Florida as ordered and assigned by Citizens. 5. Provide management and oversight of Appraisers providing Appraisal Services. 6. Coordinate and monitor Work Assignments and perform routine performance evaluations. 7. At the expense of the Vendor, ensure Appraisers possess the required equipment and utilize Citizens’ current software, including estimatics, to perform Appraisal Services. 8. If determined by Vendor or at Citizens’ request, remove any Vendor Staff promptly for any reason from any assigned Appraisal Services; and at Citizens’ discretion, replacing removed staff within 72 hours; 9. Provide dedicated, internal training personnel and resources to ensure Vendor Staff is adequately trained in order to provide Appraisal Services. 10. Provide dedicated Quality Assurance personnel to ensure Appraisal Services are being performed satisfactorily and consistent with this Agreement. 11. Ensure that all Vendor’s Staff performing services under this Agreement have a unique Citizens-approved login and password to submit information into the applicable Citizens System.

Staff Oversight. DMC will act as the employer of record for all ADRC OC staff. Although specific staff members may be co- located at OoA and other sites, all staff are employees of DMC and will report to the ADRC Program Manager. All decisions regarding hiring, termination, discipline, and advancement of employees are the responsibility of DMC; however, input from OoA will be actively sought to inform these decisions. Co-located ADRC OC employees will be expected to follow all applicable policies, procedures, and direction given by managers at designated project sites. Regular communication will be maintained among project managers to provide adequate support and supervision for co-located staff.
Staff Oversight. During the Term of this Agreement Provider shall cause: 3.11.1 All Staff to (i) be insured, if employed, in accordance with the requirements of state workers’ compensation laws, and (ii) no less than annually, participate in compliance training, including but not limited to fraud waste and abuse training, as required by the Rules and Standards and Applicable Law. 3.11.2 With regard to Professional Staff only, cause Professional Staff (i) be covered by professional liability insurance in a minimum amount of 1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 in the annual aggregate, (ii) be credentialed and recredentialed as appropriate to the Professional Staff person’s medical specialty, (iii) maintain appropriate (1) professional credentials, including licenses, certifications, training and continuing education, as necessary to provide medical services hereunder, and (2) if applicable, medical staff privileges at any facility where Provider provides Covered Services, and (iv) comply with the obligations set forth herein that apply to the provision of medical services to Enrollees.
