Staff Officers. Staff Officers will record hours worked on time sheets and request approval for time off for overtime in advance from the Staff Director. Approvals will be subject to the principles and conditions noted above, and normally granted providing the requests fall within the following parameters: • core hours: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 pm and 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Where the employer does not grant the employee reasonable opportunity to take overtime off at a mutually agreeable time on account of workload, the employer will exercise reasonable discretion in waiving or amending any of the above rules.

Staff Officers. Staff Officers, while on field trips will normally arrange their own hours of work to average thirty-five (35) hours per week, Monday to Friday inclusive.
Staff Officers. Staff Officers shall receive overtime under the following conditions:
Staff Officers. Staff Officers may be discharged for just cause by the Executive Board of the Employer and such employees shall receive sixty (60) days’ notice or equivalent pay allowance prior to such discharge. Similarly, such employees will be required to give the Employer sixty (60) days’ notice of intention to sever their employment. The Employer may require, at its discretion, that the Staff Officer cease employment immediately. In this instance, the Officer shall receive payment of salary for sixty (60) days in a lump sum payable immediately on discharge. This shall not prevent the Officer from grieving against this discharge. On the other hand, if the Employer gives a Staff Officer sixty (60) days’ notice, the Staff Officer shall be paid only for time worked, if he/she chooses not to remain employed with the Employer for the full sixty (60) days’ of the notice period.
Staff Officers. A minimum of one (1) Staff Officer must work from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. This coverage shall be provided on a rotational basis. In the event that the Staff Officers are required to attend meetings, conferences or seminars, they shall regulate their hours of work to provide for seven (7) hours per day, thirty-five (35) hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Resignation of Officers and Directors The Company shall use all reasonable efforts to obtain and deliver to Parent prior to the Closing the resignation of each officer and director of the Company.

  • Removal of Officers Any officer or agent may be removed by the Board of Managers at any time, with or without cause. Such removal shall be without prejudice to the contract rights, if any, of the person so removed. Appointment of an officer or agent shall not of itself create or be deemed to create any contract rights.

  • Executive Officers The officers of the Trust shall be chosen by the Board of Trustees and shall include a chairman, president, a secretary and a treasurer. The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, elect or appoint a controller, one or more vice presidents, assistant secretaries, assistant treasurers, and assistant controllers. The Board of Trustees, at its discretion, may also appoint a Trustee as senior chairman of the Board of Trustees who shall perform and execute such executive and administrative duties and powers as the Board of Trustees shall from time to time prescribe. The same person may hold two or more offices, except that no person shall be both president and vice president and no officer shall execute, acknowledge or verify any instrument in more than one capacity, if such instrument is required by law, the Declaration of Trust or these By-Laws to be executed, acknowledged or verified by two or more officers.
