Staff Meeting. A staff meeting shall be held prior to June 15 for the purpose of discussing the proposed timetable and teaching assignments for the next school year.
Staff Meeting. (99) An employee required by the Company to attend a staff meeting during their normal working hours shall be compensated at their hourly base rate of pay for the time thus spent even though such meetings may run over the normal working hours. Attendance for staff meetings will be on a voluntary basis for those employees who are not scheduled on that day.

Staff Meeting. Minutes The transcription of minutes can be a very time consuming activity. If minutes are necessary perhaps they could be summative in nature or recorded by individuals on a rotating basis.
